Do you think that asking some killer questions to HR professional during interview is a mistake ?

Almost candidates including me misunderstood that asking creative and brilliant questions to HR- hiring professionals, is a mistake. But i could understand from Melissa Llarena who is a firsthand career transition expert, that asking questions about company structures, motives, the character and behavior of entrepreneur ,structure of career progress and their vision about the candidate etc could be killer questions that could bring good image to the candidate. http://w.forbes.com/sites/85broads/2013/05/08/dont-know-what-to-ask-human-resources-professionals-5-killer-questions-to-ace-screening-interviews/

No it is not.

I actually learned that many recruiter & HR professionals value such questions, as top nadidacy indicators, since they show that you’re not just a nodding applicant who’s just playing along to land any passing job, but someone with own opinions & questions that need voicing and expectations that need met.

After all, now you are not applying for a job anymore, you are negotiating a job, aren’t you? So, ask and negotiate.

No, asking questions just shows some interest that you are interested to know more about the company you are applying for...But, be careful because it depends on how you deliver or ask the particular questions maybe it needs some arts to show the HR that you are natural and real in doing so....not just to impress the interviewer.

a very very dangerous illusion was created upon confirming that questioning the interviewer any how during an interview is a killer ace for anything but your chance to get hired. first:: Quick hints:::1) you as a modern human being living on the same planet we do, shall be using Google and had already searched for all what you need to know about the organization you are willing to join..2) its not your right to ask about internal policy as you still being an outsider..3) asking about financials shows the truth of your loyalty & interest being attached to finance and not to a promising career path...second::, why right after asking you are surely rejected::: as it shows your lack of experience and ignorance about different roles for other employees of other fields or departments within an organization, but the bigger problem most probably is that the candidates majority had that kind of experience already, in that case it reflects the lack of respecting rules and following policies. its very known and obvious that an interview is that time where an interviewer is (asking) while you are obligated only to (answer) .. and he decides for you the timing & topics your answers shall be fitting. .. you have to deliver only accurate precised answers , then you have to stand still while waiting for his next question without loosing eye contact or saying a single word.. finally when he decides that he had enough of you, he will (ask) you if you got any Questions.. Third::: Quick tips: then you may ask a very serious important Question or better to say actually i had my own researches and got the answers i needed, but it had been generous of you to ask me, thank you..

It depends what kind of question you seeking to be answered. You need to be wise enough to ask a relevant question and not just try make it killer for the job.

Actually speaking, you have the right to know about the company you are attending the interview / would join; however, it may backfire as well (depends on how the HR person takes it) which may result in a negative manner for you. You can know about it with the way an HR responds to your first question.

Every question one ask will have an answer, but sometimes the answer would be a frank "I do not know".

I believe it won't be voicing against them, it is actually clearing our doubts. If an applicant hesitates to do so, then he will repeat the same incase he is entered to this job, defenetly that may bring him some hard moments.
