What is the best writing way during class room teaching you just look at the writing board or also have a look on the student?

The best writing way I think during class room it is not only look at the writing board but also have a look on the the students. Why? Because If I`m as a teacher look only at the writing board I may lose the control while teaching. The STUDENTS is my prior object.

Both way of teaching are good but for me the best is teaching first then explain what they need to know so that student get your attention and they can listen and understand clearly after teaching you can write on board and the students are focus now on writing
