Gentlemen, Why almost 90% of us never read "Terms and Conditions" for anything?

That's why it's in fine prints so you don't read it and when you read it you don't find easily what you are looking for. Take credit cards contracts for example.

• 33% of consumers can't read or understand disclosure, or "fine print."
• 20% couldn't find critical terms.
• 44% did not know the APR on their cards.
• 20% didn't know their credit limit.
• 70% were unaware of "universal default" policies.

It depends on the extent of the use of the item. If the use of the item is more than its intended purpose then terms and conditions should be read in case anything happens

As it has to be compulsory and if product is trust worthy then there is no need

coz in our mind we already accepted all terms nd conditions prior reading. 

I think this is because it has agreements regarding the obvious. Here are some:

- Do not copy this software and claim ownership of it.

- Do not distribute copies without approval.

- The product is solely for the buyer.

- Do not share your password with anyone.

- Do not use office supplies for personal use.

It's because most people think that it just "DOESN'T MATTER"... whether a person is signing up for new account or whatever it is reading the fine print or those legal related stuff in some cases are always secondary. So in short and again... people don't mind it nor the consequence it have in the future.
