Most developments will almost always lead to some degree of process change thus requiring more training for existing maintenance engineers with also the possibility of extra heads being employed.
The need for maintenance will always be critical to any industrial business that seeks growth, after all what good is a product/process that has no service back-up? reliability is a key factor and this is achieved mainly due to work carried out by maintenance teams.

yes of course nowadays the evalutions and development in industrial sector increase the need for maitenance engeneering and specially in huge indusrtry , so we want that the equipment live long and the effeciency be in the top and without maintenance we will never get what we want so preventive and corrective maintenace are very important

I think the evolution in the industrial field must be matched by progress in engineering maintenance, but you may need to make maintenance teams specialty and with full knowledge and closely technologies advanced and developed and that you need to control and high speed in decision-making, it increases the maintenance tasks and cast it upon themselves to greater responsibilities.

when developed the industrial sector, that time maintenance will be Reduced , Because in Industrial sector the Pumps, Agitators , Vessels , Blowers etc..
To avoid Leakage between Shaft and Housing we are using like Mechanical seals Instead of Gland Rope.
If we are using Gland Rope, the Rope will be destroyed in short time ,that time Both Housing and Shaft also Damaged the Contact Surface areas., Another thing Friction Lose done.
But in case of Mechanical Seals Running Smoothly, Very low Noise, No Friction lose, maintenance Period will be take very longer time.
