A good eye for detail. The ability to spot things which other people are not able to.

i think inquire and investigation in detailed on the problem in hand to test and also in and out knowledge of the business product or system, is testing, should required skills to become a good tester.
Attention on details. You need to have a details thinking on everything. How can this app fail rather than how to make it work. Developer will think on how to make it work, but as a tester, you need to have a mindset on how can this app/function break or not working.
Common Sense is the required skill set.
