On a scale of one to ten, how important do you think is the salary in deciding whether or not to accept a job?

if it is the same or more than the salary i used to get i will accept , but if it is lower i will refuse , becouse i works not only for the position but also for monye.

3 - I concur with Salman and also I'd rather do what I am passionate about than have a salary and not being happy in what I do.

i'll give it7 because yes there are more important things to see in job like it is appropriate for you or not, secured or not etc.
but speaking rationally its the salary which is ultimate.
other wise why to do a job and have a Boss on your head rather than to do something for your own?

5 because you can have a good paying job but have a horrible environment and a hard employer you will be miserable and won't stay long hence making yourself a flight risk to next employer.
