That all depends on your field and your level of experience. Some countries are looking for experts while others are still trying to develop.
Your decision rely on your perspective, priorities, and reasons. To opt abroad is not easy, lot of things will be sacrificed ;your family, friends, etc. But if you have job already and have enough resources to support your needs I think its not a wise decision to work abroad.
