it can be art of right words in which u convey the message to the conveyor with respect and affection but the text language was put forth a new display in which a human can convey a message in short and less word

the art of meaningful conversation depend  human : what is the knowledge about the topic & what they talk

Texting is a positive for quick, informal communication understand by sender and receiver.

Texting is a negative mainly for young people, as unfortunately many use the same text language in their formal school education.  The number of young people who are unable to spell words correctly is quite alarming.  Many cannot put a simple sentence together, grammar and spelling are poor.  This does let them down and allows a poor level of positive communication to develop between them and teachers and other people in authority.  Also have you ever had a situation where you text a certain word so much in 'slang/text' terms you almost forgot how to write it in its correct form?  There have been example of 'cu thn' rather than 'see you then ...'  Text language is another informal communication tool, but it should remain as that and not the main source of communication.

Not really.  It's a modern form of quick communication that is very helpful in this fast-pace generation. Texting is not a formal form of communication, it is only meant to deliver short messages - that's why it is called SMS.

I don't see anything that can ruin a conversation through texting. What I know is that texting makes abbreviation for words but of course the understanding depends on the receivers knowledge in given codes or abbreviations. As long as the communicator communicates everything in the proper texting arrangement, and the receiver understood, then there is no such thing as ruining the meaningful conversation. On the contrary, if they wanted a better communication, then they should be using the phone or their mobiles instead. Now, if the message is some sort of formality, then it has to be passed in another form of means. Probably by formal letter endorsement.

Yup,

Since what human expression can do can never be achieved by writing it on a paper. While we talk it really matters how is your expression , body language everything for a meaningful conversation. Some times what we do really need a boost up of our hand movements and facial expression.

While giving a speech we can't just stand straight and deliver our speech that will never be an effective speech. I have seen many people delivers their speech just reading out what written in the paper which kills the meaningful conversation.
