In your opinion, What do you think as most important skill a sales person should have?

If the bottom line is money and you have a competitor with good pricing and offering quality service as offered by you then how do you convince? 

convincing power to customer. a great explainer. listener and making them comfortable to buy what you are selling and leaving them with reason to visit again.
