What is the best for you, motivating team or competante team?

IN APPEARANCE AND WROKING WE SHOULD MOTIVATING OUR TEAM BUT STRATEGY OF WORK SHOULD BE COMPETANTE THE TEAM.

The best way to motivate team is to demonstrate everything that is planned. As for competitor is concerned they are motivated to you by making doing good marketing of product.

Motivation in team is important as a motivational team would get competancy at some stage but a competant team may go in demotivational mode.
