still , in my opinion ,beside all the international rules and the city rules about the green spaces or so .its always the nature of people that decides which way to take while planing a city

In my opinion the best cities are cities whose population shared in the planning (good governance), where commensurate with their activities and have generated to Population a good belonging to their city. and, of course, Population prefer sustainable green cities that exceed the current urban problems for examples of Curitiba in Brazil.
