Dear Dana , first thanks for the question ,, its a true search in it self !! There is several type of classifications to set top10 or20 pharmaceutical firms , as for ME as for world wide, Sales wise , total turnover , R&D , scope of products ...etc , If we neglect the international business , which still considered as a dominate exist in the market , national companies in Jordan , Egypt and Syria are main actors for pharma business in the middle east . Research Labs , is a different story ! unfortunately , there is no true such a thing that is working probably at ME .
