What logo you choose for the team to work as a manager for this team?

Logo or Motto? Logo being, for want of a better description, the team badge/symbol and Motto being the team ethos or mission statement.

To cover both options I would go for something like a Lion holding a sword for a Logo (big, strong, noble and powerful)!

"Perfection and Service are our Aims"! for the Motto.

Am I on the right track?

if you are a leader then "Lets Do it."

as a manager  "Do it Right"

depends on the work and the team. Something with a circle and the project or projectname.
