Managing Stakeholder Expectations is this the hardest job of a Project Manager?

Sir, it is one of the major challenges to manage stakeholder expectations. However whether it is the hardest of all challenges, it depends on the stakeholder influence, maturity of project manager in handling stakeholders.. There are different types of challenges project managers have to face such as unrealistic deadlines, failure to manage risks, vision and goals not well defined, lack of accountability, shortage of skilled resources, Scope changes, etc.. All these impacts the project equally... So, I will call stakeholder management is one of the major challenges, however there are other challenges as well that PM needs to face and resolve..
