We can try creating a readers club aimed at specific topics and skills.  Set a particular time every day or at regular intervals weekly or biweekly that can contain reading and discussing on the read topics.

"Brain storming" this way will open up to many ideas and make the discussions very interesting and encourage them further to read. Also, assigning the folks some subjects to talk about to the group will help in gradual improvement of their oratory skills and rid of fear and other self advcancing limitations.

I will make it much interactive by involving my Arab colleagues into the a session which make them to share their experience and give the examples in support of my training module or subject on agenda and devise a training model which involves some physical and mental exercises or food for thought exercises and give them a questionnaire to answer after each session and reward the best who accomplishes from the training session.

It is true.
If you need to train them, you will require a more creative way to get their attention.
A LOT of scenarios do work with them.
They seem to like challenging activities and have competitive spirit.
Puzzles, scenarios and play role do work well with Arabic Nation education.
