Reduce coct and increased production v.important in production management and also if we increase productivity will reduce cost also if we reduce costs will increase the profit which leads to success the production management

Number one in the production to reduce the cost and increase the production is the safety .. always make safety first because the production in the safe area decrease the cost and give the best production

4. R&D dept has to contribute to the Mil standards for the products and ensure the same.

5. PPM i.e., planned and preventive maintenance has to ensured by the HOD's of the several depts on whole.
