What is the best thing to do to ensure that your team members have the best interest of the company at heart?

We must let all members in a team know that while we're working on one particular goal of the company, we must address issues quickly that can lead to confusion or conflicts.  From there we can go forward with what we're doing by working harmoniously in a team.
