What I've learned since I started working in my first job is that no matter how de-motivating the situation is, we must never abandon our discipline towards work.
I am a very upbeat kind of person who hates any form of confrontation or unpleasant atmosphere in the workplace, I like to think that I get on well with people in general and if I were to describe a "failing" it is probably that I sometimes naively think everyone thinks the same way that I do!!
Yes i agree with those opinions but how to not abandon, and what make you hold front of any obstacle?
Some work which did not give you a space for motivation so it will be hard for you to get out of it

Managers being overtly appreciative of their subordinates, if not all but selected few leave most of their task at their hands and create dependency. I chose to lay down a clear segregation of duties and delegate when required. I am a Compliance Person and hence always go with being ethical which at times does not go with certain organizations; this is a disadvantage that I have.
Decision making bsed on data and suggestions from team and then backing myself with the decision.
