How can we achieve higher customers' satisfaction in the gulf region where the boss (customer) is suffering?

Post sale Customer engagement compulsion will force the stake holders to realize the importance of customer, put them on the right track and to make right commitmnet as the customers will have to be faced again by them.

The best way from my opinion is to be a great listener and always the customer is right and trying to fix their problem and give them the best solutions

We need to work with more than one vendor , create competition , guide them  and lead them to acheive our  objective . since we pay them  , we still have authoriy on them , as well , good relationships can help in this matter.

Know the customer's necessities, address to the company how to meet the customer's satisfaction in order to establish trust and confidence.

Having that sense of urgency to turn that one time buyer into a customer for life is what needed. Building rapport with the consumer and being able to read their minds of what type of products or solutions they seek take a lot of talent training.  Attentiveness & being here now for the consumer should improve customers' loyality and satisfaction.

Customer is always right so we have to be carefull while dealing with them and give them maximum amount of satisfaction by answering their reqest as fast as posible and in suffeciont way.

While customer browsing help him with his choice and make sure that his billing goes smoother60% of the customer will annoied if billing goes slow or wrong

 

The best way is to listen to your customer. You only noot provide solutions to the problem but also we can provide options for the customer in that way they will the leverage to choose whats best for them.
