There are different applications (architect-Elecrician-HVAC) to consider, diffeerent skills of designers, differrent IT- culture in companies that makes this problem. And after that you have to coordinate this different AUTO- CAD versions/ applications to BIM and that makes it even more compicated. But it works and make nice3D drawings that is most valuables for every project of dignity.
