What is the difference between Autocad Draftsman & Auto CAD Operator?

No difference, they are the same. A draftsman has to "operate" AutoCAD, doesn't he?

It shouldn't matter how your job/role is called, what is important is what you have to do (= job description) and how you get compensated for what you do (= salary and extras) based on the quality of your work (= evaluation).

Simply a CAD Operator knows only how to draw a sketch or modify as requested by a Architect or Design Manager but Auto CAD Draftsman have a technical background with qualification in drafting courses, 

Now a days it is rear the name of CAD operator, mostly companies recruiting as CAD draftsmen with required qualifications,

the name of the CAD operator begins in the early stages in the construction projects like years ago, at that time operator responsibility mostly page setup and printing drawing for submission, even Engineer or  Architect did the drafting through Auto CAD. now a days works are easy for all it is distributed to many disciplines in a department

There's different between AutoCAD Draftsman and AutoCAD operator.

AutoCAD Draftsman has his own technical knowledge of drafting and detailing using AutoCAD or Manual. Also he studied about drafting technical drawing. He will not just study "how to draw something in auto cad" also he will study about

Engineering mathematics.

Geometry & mechanical drawings.

Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Fundamentals.

Building Construction.

Engineering Serving and materials

Builders Quantity... etc.

But,

AutoCAD operator means he know how to draw something using AutoCAD. ex: If u provide some sketches, he'll draw that using AutoCAD. He's Qualification is Just to know about AutoCAD.

I totally agree with the previous answer. Your job designation is not at all relevant while your job description is hugely important.

To me a cad operator is the one who knows about all the commands and can modify commands to the ease of the draftsman according to the repetitive use of the commands. While the draftsman carry on his daily drafting works according to his job description therefore there is difference between a cad operator and a draftsman.

Some difference between auto cad draftsman & auto cad operator .Auto cad draftsman operator system easy And short time in coplete any work and auto cad operator system is very diculldifficult.

Draftsman should have a technical knowledge and experience on a certain field (i.e architecture, mechanical, EMP, HVAC ..etc) and this is apply whether he work with Auto-cad or any other computer aided software, while cad operator is some one who know how to use the program with or without having any technical background he may be a document controller or admin  or plotter operator 

-AutoCad Draftsman has the ability to complete drawing plans without supervision.

-AutoCad Operator knows how to operate the software application but without the   knowledge about the particular job assigned to him. 

CAD Operator knows only how to draw a sketch  Auto CAD Draftsman have a technical background with qualification.
