What is the toughest part about being an end user support professional in the Middle East?

Toughest part is that end user dont notice silly mistakes, Patience and good support will make the happy and gives satisfaction of professional support 

hhhh the toughest part is dealing with old minds people whom didnt know how to open pc !!! and also try to work in Multinational company and deal with people from several countries and language , and also we have to be updated day by day and ready to work24/7 to avoid any problem .
