Once faced with a problem or need to take a decisive decision, the more knowledge you have - in a different business departments (Accounting - Marketing - Manufacturing - etc.) - will indefinitely help you judge your SWOT more accurately and take the best decision possible throughout all proposed solutions. Repeating this process over and over will make you quicker in taking optimal decisions.
