Job Description
- Ensure that machined parts can be manufactured on a production basis in line with quality & cost objectives.
- Lead continues improvement activity in machining environment.
- Use formal problem solving techniques to identify and resolve complex problems.
- Implementation of lean manufacturing systems in machining area.
Qualifications
- More than 2 years of technical experience in manufacturing processes
- Knowledge at C-Coating processes
- Knowledge at Project Management
- Experience by Quality Methods
- High level of motivation, eagerness to learn, inner stability, able to work with team
- High level of communication skills
- Strong analytical and technical skills with respect to problem solving
- Being able to manage complexity
