Senior Pre-Sales Analyst at Commencis works with leading brands to create purposeful digital solutions by understanding the market, analyzing user needs, and using data-driven insights. Pre-Sales Analyst elicits business needs collaboratively with the customer, account & sales teams, and product teams; manages all product requirements from definition and modeling to customer proposal and hand-off to product, engineering, and PMO teams. Senior Pre-Sales Analyst also works with the Sales and Pre-Sales leadership to identify gaps in the market to build and position Commencis services. 
As a member of the pre-sales team, Senior Pre-Sales Analyst is expected to have excellent communication and analytical skills to deliver the highest value to the customer and user. They should be able to find the unmet customer need and create solutions for customers and Commencis. If you feel comfortable with these responsibilities, we would love to see you on board. 

What we are doing:


  • Realize customer opportunities and pain points and translate them into detailed product requirements and Project estimations 
  • Conduct product requirement meetings with customer and engineering teams to develop optimal solutions 
  • Work with the Sales and Pre-Sales leadership to identify gaps in the market to build and position Commencis services. 
  • Assist project manager and engineering team and BA teams by successful hand of from sales process to implementation process 
  • Support Account team to sell into new clients; upsell and cross-sell to existing clients. 

What we are looking for:


  • Experience in prioritizing competing demands, scoping and sizing large efforts, and negotiating timelines 
  • Good knowledge of software development practices, business analysis process 
  • Working knowledge of user stories, UML, and BPMN 
  • Solution-oriented thinking and excellent communication skills 
  • Team player 
  • Self-starter and self-disciplined 
  • Fluency in English & preferably Turkish
