What you will do

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify project requirements, define roadmap, and deliverables.
  • Engage with Legal on contractual constraints and legal implications.
  • Coordinate with HR on resource and structure requirements for project execution.
  • Coordinate with Infrastructure & Systems teams for IT support.
  • Agree on achievable timeline and budget requirements for project completion.
  • Define long-term strategic objectives and business impact.
  • Supervise and advise scrum team, participate in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Engage with internal and external experts for the best implementation methods.
  • Conduct regular reviews to identify and address bottlenecks, issues, risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, senior leadership, customers, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports in a timely manner, including compliant records of project/contract management activities.
  • Report instances of unsatisfactory performance to team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Develop new project portfolio governance models, methodologies, reporting frameworks, and project management tools/templates.
  • Prepare reports to relevant stakeholders on status, progress, key risk areas, and mitigate for the company's project portfolio, ensuring timely escalation and support.
