انا من رأى ان الدراسه الاكاديميه مهمه والخبره العمليه مهمه ولو امكن توافر الصفتين في الشخص المتقدم لوظيفه المحاسب يكون افضل ولكن في حاله المفاضله بينهم فانا اختار الخبرة العمليه حتى ولوكانت فتره قصيره كسنه مثلا ..لان من وجهه نظرى الحياه العمليه بتكسب الفرد خبره اكثر بكثير من الحياه الدراسية نظرا لتعرض الفرد لمواقف عمليه تساعده على اتخاذ الخبرات والقدره على التعامل مع الوظيفه المتقدم اليها مما يتيح له امكانيه شغل هذا المنصب بالشكل اللائق له .
والدليل على ذلك ان معظم المؤسسات الناجحه عند طلبها افراد لشغل مناصب مهمه لديهم يشترطون بند الخبرة

I am sure for one point we all agree about it that I need Accountant to hire in order to do tasks that I need to be done as I am out of labors , by sequence the First Thing I looking for Accountant to Put it in my Team in order to play , by sequence we all must admit that professional certificate is the Basic Factor every manager looking when trying to hire any accountant in , Finally I can say it in a simple word, HOW many academy certificate don't know how to work as accountant as he / she didn't get the chance to practice what he/ she studied , they only know the information and didn't know the way of solving as Accountant ???? But any Manager dream Both can be in any accountant that will be to hire the required person in the needed Job in order to apply the study he/ she take it in the job procedures, Finally I ask any Accountant in any place he / she MUST always update himself in the Accounting career either by taking any certificate and If he / she don't have money , they can update by looking on the net or self study by getting the books from any friends and do double work by yourself , In order not to be the first one any Manager when thinking about to decrease cost for any employee ? you will be the last one as you not only doing your regular Job but you trying to update yourself in order to do your tasks accurate in time less than can take ( Saving Effort & Tie ) But as well you trying to update the accounting cycle to reach the ideal frame work , So how any Manager thinking to fire you , but they all want you in his / her division in Only Accounting .

You never be can say who is better some time less experienced and

it depends on the personal skills of the person, but i would prefer the person with one year experience and a profissional certificate,cause the proficional certificate is a big challenge and a good test for some skills of the person
