If offered a challenging job, how would you react?

I would definitely take the offer.

In today’s fast paced environment, getting a job is difficult. I believe challenging job is better than doing same work/task everyday. With challenging job, you get to learn and broadend your knowledge.

Being a professional I will study feasibility of that challenging position whether it is suitable to my profile or not. If somebody ask me to work as Physician, ofcourse it is a challenging position, but not my specialty!! Why should I take it as a challenge?

But, if the offered position is related to my profile and criterial, but much higher position and responsibilities than the one I presently handling, then it is my turn, I will accept it and will prove my ability by succeeding on the coorporate goals.

No challenge no growth, so it is better to accept challenges, prove our capabilities and demand growth.

I will accept, coz we live ones and i always wants to face and experience new challenges which will enable me to gain new experience,develope new skills, new friends,new competitors etc. I recommend always to accept challenges coz we get lot to learn from it. 

If it would of interest to me I shall accept it.

Before accepting I will consider my skills to that work if I have than I will accept as leader, and if not skills are not there than I would like to accept as pupil
