The principal is ecologic awareness, making the most out of existing environmental conditions, in means of minimal demolition and maximum eco-friendly use of the location. This way, the landscape influences the architectural concept, thus chalenging urbanity, economic laws and hi tech concepts which are not always eco - aware.
