Who in your opinion could be the ideal candidate for CEO position ? What function/department should he/she come from ? Finance ? HR ? Sales ? IT ? Corporate Governance ? or what ?? Why do you believe so ?? Please justify your answer !!

i believe a professional with vision,experience and strong business connections.it really doesn't matter where he or she comes from in the organization.

vision is an important aspect.
