Management is Art , Science or Commerce ? Your views please.

I would say management is part art and part science.  The sciences would include psychology, statistics, arithmetic and others.  The art part is more subtle...subtly influencing others, exuding confidence, using soft skills while interviewing, reassuring and leading.
