NOT AT ALL,,, he is not king infact customer is a cow ,, who is going to give you her milk soon,,, YOU HAVE TO GIVE HIM IMPRESSION THAT HE IS A KING.

Customer is a KING. But in monopoly, they could be bound to. But this situation is not for a long time. But it is better to communicate true messages with the customers in any situation of the market. Learn your customer's choice. Do not try to advise them to choose your idea.
