Skills fall into three categories: A. Process Skills B. People Skills. C. Content Skills. What is your opinion?

i think skills is most related to people as an expression 

All fall under the general skills but differing Titles do not sing that skill depends on the person himself and not to acquire the skill to skill that stems from a person who wishes to self-development and process inputs and outputs are the results that give the diversity of skills of the person.
