Is matching your resume to the job description considered to be cheating?

cheating is very bad way to make in Resum's but i belive that be honest in the information you inform on your resume and try not to say that i can't use that or dont know about that. try to put every thing you know to be fit to the job and be smart. belive me you will take the Job even your grade is Fair :D and good luck for all
