What would you like to suggest to improve the teaching standard?

Make it student-centric and focus on the learning side rather than on the teaching side, amd make it reslts-oriented through a management by measurement system which measures the end results of the teaching/learning process 

ACTIVITIES BASED EDUCATION is the answer of today focused educational system.

I THINK IT DIFFERS BETWEEN TEACHINGS TO KIDS THAN TO ADULTS.

FOR KIDS IS THE experiment AND THE VISIOAL THING SO IT REMAINS AT MIND AND THEY WILL LIKE EDUCATION.

BUT TO ADULTS IS THE researches OF A SUBJECT SO IT WILL OBLIGE HIM TO READ MORE TO GET THE KNOWLED SO LATER ON THEY WILL DEPEND ON THEM SELVES FOR GETTING INFORMATION AND THEY WILL BE APDATED INSTED OF BEING ROBOTES KEEPING KNOWLED THEN IT BECOMES  EMPTY AFTER EXAMES.

AND FINALLY WE HAVE TO REDUCE THE AMOUNT TO BE STUDED AND INCREAS THE QUALITY WE GIVE.

There are four main items of a curriculaum .They are teacher , student ,building and equipment.If we pay attention to the four items and enhance them professionally , we will improve teaching besides parents involvement .

To improving teaching english language for adults based on many tips and tricks that should be taken into consideration:1 teacher should always update not only the content of knowledge and the target competencies but2 he has to update the everyday  tools of communication such as smart phones and social media...and make them being bridge to connecting with each other as possible as you can eg: T can use these later in testing and grading their levels, ie testing level by themselves , connecting via skype/chatting/ streaming;Youtube...
