What are the key responsibilities of a Technical support Officer in a small organization? Also please list the required Key skill for this job.

Small organization doesn't need that much expense on technology, so they will always consider the cheaper solution (put that in mind).

Mostly it will NOT be more than10 computers easily connected to one server

That will be more than enough infrastructure for the company

- The most important skill needed here is the Independence, because mostly you will be the only IT staff responsible about the company technologies.

And off-course the skills that any IT guy need to have it

Good communication skills, Hard worker…etc.
