Both are different concepts  As the other colleagues defined. However, the common is that both of them are needed to be managed by the company in order to maintain the value proposition of the company.

Customer Experience- A perception customer carries with him post his interaction with an organization/ product or service

 

Customer Service- It is a very important element of Customer Experience. It is all those functions that go on to make a great customer experience( Sprucing up all the Customer touch points- Be it during the actual buying process, Billing, Delivery, After Sales service etc)

Customer Service: Good customer service make sale repetation and hold the customer for future.

Customer Experiance: Good Customer Experiance make the sales person to thrust on his customer and encourage him to give good service .sometimes Questtions from this kind of experianced customers can make the sales person god or bad . but the sales person should stand on his responsibilties to give better service .
