What do we mean by Plan your work? and Work your plan? in simple words.

Too easy man, plan then work according to your plan

Preparing your work by writing down your  objectives, identify the activties that needs to be done to complete your work,  identify resources required, identify other persons involve to complete the task, set timelines and target dates and to work your plans means to follow and try to complete all activties related to your plan ( It would be useless if you plan it out but never accomplished it )

From my point of view it is:

* Plan your work:- Anticipate Future needs.

* Work your plan:- Know how to get satisfy work team.

Planning your work simply means be clear of your goals and plan accordingly, keeping in the mind the circumstanaces so that you are prepared of facing consequences or delays if occour and how to react to them

It means, Do your job according to its guidlines and standards.

For me, its all about identifying your urgent and important activities, do it yourself and organize your team,delegate task,set the deadline and anticipate your budget. Meet for status and further enhancement.

Plan Your Work:- Make plan to do your work.

Work Your Plan:- Work according to your plan.

Humans tend to perform less when they have no reference to what they are doing, or lack direction to reach their goal. By setting up a plan for your work, you will be able to put down the main points that you aim on achieving and that would give you ground base for every move you make and you will be able to monitor your success as it grows. Then by saying work your plan, it means searching for the right tools/resources that will make your work cost efficient, and reachable in the shortest period.

planning is very important,,every one plans and who do not plan, he is also planning ,he is planning his disaster,,,, have a smart plan and make your work easy ,,

its very simple. Plan ur work means that priortise ur work and plan that how u r going to do the job/work.

Whereas work ur plan means   u should do each work according to plan. It can also like that u should reassess u plan that whether it is  practicable or  not.
