Why do a non native speaker sounds different from the natives,even when he is using correct pronunciation?

well its not just about the correct pronunciation of words but there are other factors as well which differentiate a non native speaker from natives.for e.g britishers use a lot of aspirated sounds in their conversation but the urdu speakers do not use aspirated sounds, or to make it more simple, when a britisher is using a "h" sound he often use a bursting air pressure while pronouncing the sound of 'h" in any word starting with "h", but when a urdu speaker would pronounce a word starting with "h" he would simply pronounce a plain "h" sound without any breathy effect or the bursting air pressure effect.
