How to deal with a biased boss?

Need to be patience and listen to him. To change his mindset need to perform and give results, hopefully perception of biased will change.

I will do my job to the best I could, obey his/her orders and let him/her feels that he/she is superior, congenial and humane. If there is any conflect on some issues I will wait and chose the right time to discuss it with him/her in a polite manner.

I'll let my work speak for itself. I'm paid by the company to get the work done and not to please my boss.

Do your work correctly and on-time, be disciplined and do your job rightly. Boss attitude would certainly change, any boss would definitely value performing staff.

Have periodic reviews with the Boss, based on Objectives and Metrics, take inputs what more can be done to contribute to the Organisational Goals and how more can you support as part of his team, to the team goals and objectives, work on the inputs and include the progress in review for inputs.
