How can you duplicate and transform an object multiple times fast (Move rotate or scale)?

Press ALT while holding the opject you need to duplicate and move it.

If you are applying the same commands with the same values each time the you should save the process as an action and play it as many as you need

You can do that easily by going to (cmd+t) and (Ctrl+t) depending on the type of PC you have. For duplicating any object, you press (cmd/Ctrl) + (C) for copy and (V) for paste
