Personally, I don't because I am NOT in the construction sector.
However, since I am in consultancy and services sector, I do take such questions and can advise (from a consultant viewpoint) on how to select the best software solution per true customer needs.
I do the same for banking and I am not a banker, for health-care and I am not a doctor, for airllines and I am not a pilot ,,, and so on so forth !!
