How do you motivate your employees to achieve greater success?

Motivation is a joint responsibility between functional management and HR department  ...  with some involvement from finance and coproate-level management.

The idea here is to create a MOTIVATION SYSTEM  with some elements doing with INCENTIVES, AWARDS (Financail and non-financial), PROMOTIONS, ANNUAL INCREASES, CAREER ADVANCEMENT,  BENEFITS,  DIFFERENT TYPES OF RECOGNITION, SOCIAL/FAMILY BENEFITS, ... etc .. etc.

There is NO limit to what can be done to motivate your employees ... except the limits in your creativity and the limits in  finance to support such programs
