Which type of skills are required for Electrical Design? Is there any Website available for learning of software related to the electrical design?

At first look I think you need auto CAD, and other apps of the same program especial for elelectrical design, so exist several programs like Dmelect, powerworld, Digsilent, Etc that could help you depending what type oficial designs you will choose...;-)

Electrical engineering designi are very vast area,you need to decide which are you are intrested like,

1.Electrical design for network study

2. Design for equipment layout.

3.  Design Control and protection circuit.
