What is your opinion about intellectual property rights enforcement in middle east namely GCC countries?

TRIPS plus criteria that the GCC with struggle with is the increased enforcment recquired , Gulf state need to do more then simply make ligistative changes, b'cos many western coutries depends on gulf in oil resources and the U.S and other E.U coutries trying to permanent establisment in GCC countires to avoid the exploitation GCC coutries need a sepreate law for Intellectual property law
