Boss always drives his sub-ordinates. Manager (leader) trains/coaches his Jr. colleagues (Never call sub-ordinates).
B - depends on authority. M- on Goodwill.
B- Inspires fear. M- Generates enthusiasm.
B- says "I" M- says "we".
B- uses people . M- develops people.
