The DHCP is dynamic technology,, work in many System like Router and serverwhen user DHCP In any device is Take Rent IP from the router Or serverrent IP is work from,1 minute for1 week, and there option in router and server give this IP for this Service for ever,, that is the way how DHCP workI hope if that good for help
