For courses and learning I don't know but can benefit from the experience

- Study each of the PMBOK chapters and the subject's related info on the Internet

- Study each chapter of the PMP Exam Prep book and the subjext's related info on the Intenet

- Go through sample exams on the Internet

- Take formal exam training programs (if possible)

- Take the exam
