Why is that recruiters don't use today's technology to take an interview of a candidate..without making him come all the way from an another country ?

i agree to every word you have said but why is it that good people have to spend thousands of rupees to just get a job in dubai ... skype is free so why not shortlist and those people can properly spend people and come

I know many are using Skype and others tools for interview but still ask for face to face interview when1-2 candidates are short listed and they have to decide and may be go to the deal. This happens for Executive position only.
