How to raise funds and how to spend it?

Depends on the nature of services providing with by the organization. If it is a services delivery organization in Government Sector. It raises its funds through enforcing taxes/fees on the end users, and in return spending it on their welfare works/projects. If it is a Private Sector organization, it raises its funds by selling some products to the customers through its sales deparment.
